Tomorrow, February 11th, at 9 am, the 10th edition of the Fiporc fair in Riudellots de la Selva begins, which is why we are celebrating, as we have been collaborators and sponsors of this event since its creation ten years ago. This great event will take place all over the town, where you will find representation of the event in emblematic places such as the Town Hall Square, the Church Square, the market… The Fiporc will take place on the 11th and 12th of February from 9am to 6pm and will feature workshops, tastings, samplings and much more. You can’t miss it!
On Saturday the fair will start with a great breakfast for everyone, with pork products. Afterwards, there will be manual workshops, tours and an entertainment group through the streets of Riudellots de la Selva, until 12am, when the official opening of the fair will take place. From 12:30h onwards there will be various workshops, talks by representatives of the sector, and what better way to close than with a dance (17h).
Sunday will also be a busy day, but without leaving out the big breakfast to officially open the day of the fair and get your strength back. Throughout Sunday you will find more animation in the streets, multiple workshops, talks by professionals from the sector, a Virtual Reality demonstration (from 11am to 1pm) and to officially close the Fair of the year in Riudellots there will be a special prize-giving ceremony for the drawing contestants of « El porquet de Fiporc ».
