Consumer satisfaction is our primary objective and this is why we try to continually advance in R+D+i, among many other things, so that the quality and safety of our products is as high as possible and so that our customers can enjoy them with peace of mind. In our facilities we work with high-tech equipment and methods such as advanced technological networks, artificial vision or detection systems and X-Ray, which guarantee the quality and traceability of the final product.

In this case, we would like to inform you that we are investigating with INNOVACC in the creation of an artificial intelligence application that inspects and verifies sliced ham packaging using technology that processes a multitude of images in a short space of time.

The main objective of this project is to research a technologically innovative solution for the process of detecting contaminants and defects in packaging in the food industry. This will improve traceability, automate the process of packaging sliced ham and strengthen innovative sanitisation processes in the food industry.
