Our collaboration with the Cheste City Council, an exciting collaboration

Our president, Elisabet Cañigueral, and the mayor of Cheste City Council, José Morell, have established a collaboration agreement with the signing of an agreement to promote the recruitment of the inhabitants of Cheste in our local plant, Delisano.

With this, the City Council of Cheste provides us with the municipal Employment Portal with which we will be able to select the profiles we need. Prior to this selection, we will find the management that will be carried out by the Agency for Employment and Local Development (AEDL), an agency that will also support us in this collaboration and will facilitate, through a pre-selection, the selection of workers and that will look for the different profiles that fit our needs at all times.

The combination of the AEDL together with our recruitment tools will make the selection of personnel and their subsequent recruitment a more professional process.

From our plant we will send to the Employment and Local Development Agency the profile requested at any given moment and the agency will be in charge of pre-selecting the suitable candidates and sending us their profiles. Furthermore, in order to be able to offer us the best profiles from now on, training processes will be carried out for the job candidates, taking into account the field in which they would work in each case, in order to be able to offer us the best qualified profiles and to facilitate adaptation both for the worker and for our plant.
