From 20 to 24 February we have been at the 28th edition of Gulfood in Dubai, an event dedicated to the food industry that brings together more than 5,000 companies from 125 countries, with opinion leaders and the best chefs in the world, and which has become a real springboard for trends for the whole region. We were present at the world’s largest food exhibition fair with the best beef and lamb products at the World Trade Center, and we were very satisfied with the reception of our products and the experiences and opportunities in the Eastern market.
Now, we are about to visit Meat Attraction (from 6 to 8 March), the fair that will bring together the meat industry for three days at IFEMA Madrid. In this fair, together with all the activity that will take place during these days, two Meatic conferences of Eurocarne will be organised, the first one focused on sustainability and cost savings in the meat industries (with high level speakers such as Carlos Ballesteros, director of ANESE, National Association of Energy Services Companies), and the second one that will deal with automation and robotisation in the meat industry (with speakers such as Pablo Fernández, commercial director of ABB general industry – robotics in the meat industry).
