Our cultural transformation project, the „We Take Care of you“ or “Te Cuidamos” programme, has been launched by our Occupational Risk Prevention departments with one objective: 0 accidents. With this, and following the axes of the Safety, Employee Satisfaction and Leadership Development plans, the aim is to initiate a journey in the employee experience to make our company an excellent place to work.
Training, information (such as through surveys on employee job satisfaction), continuous communication with them and extreme care in work procedures by implementing best practices must lead us to be Great Place To Work ®️.
